hey guys, i got some stability problems. and was looking through the bios and there are some settings there im not sure of. can anyone tell me what CPU Instruction Fetch and CPU tweak control does?

also can someone tell me why my default clock setting of 12.5x200=2500 showing up as 2.519 in cpu-z, and im also seeing it change by a tiny amount up and down in cpu-z is that normal?
 
Before looking at CPU I would start using memtest, is you memory running at stock voltage?

I doubt CPU Instruction Fetch and CPU tweak control is reliant to the stability considering your using stock.
 
Does windows 7 memtest count? as my memory passes in that, and yes my ram is at stock settings.
