Amd 9900x or Intel 265k

amd 9900 x or intel 265k ? I want to use it for video editing. I've never had an AMD processor and I don't know what to expect. I heard there are some boot issues with ddr5 on am5. Also is it worth waiting for the AMD 9900x 3D which will be released in Q1 2025?

I'm pretty sure the 3D cache makes no difference for video editing.

From what I've seen on TPU and Puget, they perform really similar, to the point that you could just toss a coin.

Intel's integrated GPU may be more useful than the AMD one, but I haven't seen anything directly comparing their capabilities.

I will go with amd 9900x because it seems that arrow lake have some memory problems. Intel problems again with Arrow Lake

Now I have to decide what motherboard (i want asus), cooling sistem, memories, power supply and case to buy. (£3500)
