AMD A10 7870K With what graphics

I have the AMD A10 7870K and am just wondering what would the be the best graphics card for it. I have a max of about £150 to spend. Is it best to crossfire it with another card or can i buy a graphics card that's overall better to use any help please?

System i have is:
Motherboard : Gigabyte F2A68HM-HD2
CPU : AMD FM2 A10 7870K APU
8GB DDR3
250gb Samsung EVO SSD with a 1TB WD Hard Drive
OS-Windows 10 Pro
 
So if I got the 380 or 390 or better could I play GTA or COD don't mind if I'm.not playing at full 1080P on max settings I'll settle with 720P high settings, if I got a better graphics card would my a10 7870k slow it down?
 
If I did overclock my cpu wouldn't I need a better fan than the one that came with it? Can I turn the cpus gpu off so that it just uses cpu instead?
