AMD A4-5300 3.40GHz v AMD A8-5500 3.20GHz for server

im building a server just for storage and playing mkv,bluray and internet use with probably flash on mos sites....wondering which one of these would suit me best....the a4-5300 i know i dual core but comes with 1mb cache the a8-5500 is quad core and comes with 4mb cache....i am personally used to intel cpus so not sure how perform....ive had a little look at comparison charts dont tell me much....
So what do you think id be best with...thanks

My mate has a mini-ITX Minecraft and media server running on an A4-4000. HD media encodes seem to work fine on his TV.

a4-4000....not seen that one...ill go have a look i was wondering if the lower cache really makes a difference...
