Those must be (very) old charts because ATI on HD 4000-series (3000 was last year) & NVIDIA 9-series.
If you look around, an 8800GT could be had for around that budget.

4670 is good for occasional gaming, its around 3870 performance.
That's because it is.
Plus i showed you links to other games to get an over all balance & not just one or have you forgotten already.
In order to learn you first have to remember.
Crysys scales badly & no real benchmark has such a floor as it becomes useless, just likes vista experience index is no use after you reach 5.9 because it does not scale any more if a game is going to be used it has to scale realistically & there are plenty of games that do so.
Also WINRAR is not dependant on the GPU at all like any real cpu benchmark because the CPU is what OP is asking for.

You can pick up an asus 4850 for £120, ive just brought a 6000+ for £64 but havent opened it going to sell it to a mate for 60 or just return it to the shop, however its going to be a bit of a hassle because i brought 2 chips and a graphic card which part of a deal, while i was walking past a shop.
