AMD AM3 Cooler for X2 Athlon - low noise?

Basically, I need the cheapest/best cooler which makes the *least* noise.

The chip won't be overclocked and in fact will be under-volted/under-clocked.

It will spend 99% of it's life idle as it's going in an UnRAID server.

3-pin header is a must, as I will set the BIOS to turn the fan off at under 50C.

Thoughts?

Arctic Freezer Pro 7 Rev 2.

Rings some bells from my overclocking days and it has a 3-pin header.

Good choice?

Hyper 212+ can be had for £15.99.

Brilliant cooler and not noisy at all apparently.

It's a 4-pin and the Arctic comes 2nd on the CM website so Arctic it is! (On offer this week too)
