Hi Guys,

I currently have 2 x 550Ti in SLI, I am planning to buy an R9 280 as kindly recommended by the forum members based on my budget.

Would I be able to keep 1 550 inside for OBS Video Capture to reduce the load on the primary card or am I going to be a victim of an AMD vs NVIDIA driver fist fight?

Why not use the current tools that are coming with the AMD for recording and streaming?

Also maybe you would be better off to buy a 280X at least, since they are only £30 more than the 280.

This. http://www.anandtech.com/show/8299/amd-gaming-evolved-client-40-released

It also doesn't put any strain on the card, it uses AMD on die VCE chip, the FPS drop while recording / streaming is about 1 or 2%
