AMD and Nvidia have a 'gentlemanns agreement'

IMHO > that's one thing we will not get here between the ATI Fanboy's and the NVidea Fanboy's a gentleman's agreement, well we might get one Xmass day....

AMD and Nvidia may have a gentleman's agreement, but Intel is fair game. ;)

Gah, I came in to say that, if AMD/Nvidia sued each other, neither would have the time or money to be able to make billions off sueing Intel :p

Pretty good racket they've got going, had a bit over 3 Billion off Intel between them in the last 2 years alone I think. Maybe both should just give up making chips, keep making patents for things and just make a silly profit off Intel when they screw up, Rambus have done exceptionally well doing that.

So they agree to not sue each other over mudslinging, seems fine to me & i never thought any of the 2 would sue for such things anyway.

The power is with the consumer if they are not happy with the way each company behaves to not buy the products.
