i am new to overclocking and wondered what sort of overclocking i can do on the amd athlonII 635 processor i spose around 3.4ghz is good isnt it ? and weather it better to have the voltages on auto or manual and what sort of voltages i would need?

Recommended voltage is 0.825-1.25v

and 3.4ghz would be a good overclock yes, i'd recommend a new cpu cooler and have the voltage on manual.

how do i get the voltages stable i have them on auto at the min coz thats the only way it will work but the voltages are dropping and are quite unstable :S well i think it is when i look in core temp i see the freq 1-4 they keep changeing from 230.00 x 14.5 to 230.00 x 4.0 and the voltages under it change aswell

dont worry it was the cool and quiet changeing the voltage its all done now
