AMD Athlon 3700+san diego. Cooling?

Hi,
I have a AMD Athlon 3700+san diego with retail heatsink & fan and find abit too noisy.
I don't intend in overclocking i just want something silent or at least something not as noisy.
I have read through the forums and to be honest i am getting confused with it all.
Suggestions please.

I think i will go for the artic freezer 64 pro, i looks like the best option for the price.
