What was the quickest AMD Athlon (Socket A) available in mobile form!?

I've got a 2800XP but would like to upgrade it if possible. Its for a laptop so i cant upgrade to anything else.

Thanks

I think it was the 2600-M Barton core that was the fastest available OEM, but if you've got a 2800 mobile then I don't think you'll find much in the way of a quicker socket A CPU.

yes fastest was xp-m 3000+

( socket 754 - dublin core)
Athlon XP-M 3000+ | 1600 MHz | 256 KB cache 800 MHz FSB | 8x multiplier | 1.40 volts | Part number => AHN3000BIX3AY

the fastest socket A based one is :
Athlon XP-M "Barton" (Desktop Replacement, 72W TDP, Socket A)

Athlon XP-M 3000+| 2200 MHz | 512 KB cache | 266 MHz FSB |16.5x multi | 1.65 volts | released in 2003 | Part number => AXMA3000FKT4C

hope this helps.

The OP should be aware that the 3000-M 72W is a DTR and not a true mobile like the 2500-M and 2600-M which have a 1.45V Vcore and a TDP of 35W iirc.
