AMD Athlon x2 4600+ @ 40C idle

hi, i bought this cpu 2 weeks ago from ocuk member, but jst got the chance to set it up, as i havnt installed any window on it, but from bios setup, it is showing me CPU Temp 36-40C , the heatsink i got is Foxconn 2ZR71-409 Heatsink ,which comes stock with 9950+ x4 so i jst wana know if its normal, whats the max safe temperature for these.

Idle looks ok, Ideally you need to check full load temps once your up & running fully.

I think max temp 65 - 70c.
