Why is package temp so much higher? Which one do you think I should trust?
What software is this from?
Neither look correct in my opinion, is this under load?
This is the second thread on this topic and as I posted in the preceding thread, your PSU voltages look problematic which may be leading to all sorts of errors in hardware and software. Can you test and see if you are getting correct voltages at a spare molex when the machine is loaded (with a multimeter or similar).

All of the Voltages are right in the BIOS
