AMD BF4 coupon

Not really sure where to post this.
I bought a Sapphire R9 270 BF4 edition on the 3rd of March on T.W.O. deal from OCUK for my sons birthday today (2nd April).
I hadn't opened it until today and noticed that the game coupon states that the promotion ends on 31st of March and that all codes must be redeemed by
30th April or before they've run out...whichever comes first.

I put the code in and I get the error message that the UID is invalid.
I have opened a support ticket with AMD and am waiting for a response.
In the meantime does anyone know if I've missed the boat ?

Sorted. Got code today and started to install...
It's been installing now for 5 hrs and it's on about 70%.
I can't wait for my lad to turn the pc on tomorrow and not expecting another hour of updates before he can play.

So did AMD get back to you with a new code or did they do something to activate the code you were provided?

I've just had to contact support for the same thing(reporting invalid UID) and am currently awaiting a response. How long did they take to get back to you? (i see you posted almost a week after your opening post)..

To update this thread, AMD came back to me, activated the code, and all was good..

If you find yourself in this situation, contact AMD with proof of purchase(gave them screenshots of my receipt for the GPU) and they will sort you out...
