I am wanting to flash the bios on my R9 290x is i can overclock without running programs, i have always used ATI flash, however i am now having problem with ATIflash and win10. Is there any ATI flashing software that will run on win10 pro 64bit, or is there a way to get ATIflash to work?

I am wanting to flash bios so i can overclock and mod the fan profile
 
things lik this never work for me buy i will try.
the way i was doing it was with a desktop app that run fine in windows 7
