I'm thinking of upgrading some parts in my PC to the spec below, I want to do this before my old parts become unsellable. My budget is about £350 to get this upgrade.

My main uses for the PC, Video editing, Photoshop, VMware and gaming. I want to keep all existing parts (in my sig) except for Motherboard, Memory and CPU.

I was thinking of:

AMD Phenom II X6 Black Edition 1090T 3.2GHz 9MB Cache 125W Retail Box Processor £159.68

OCZ 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 2000MHz Gold Memory Kit 1.65V CL10(10-10-10-30) X2£116.00

Sapphire Pure CrossfireX 890GX Socket AM3 VGA DVI HDMI Out 8 Channel Audio ATX Motherboard £82.89

TOTAL : £358.57

I looked at OCUK's pre-overclocked bundles and a similar package is :

Krypton Evo AMD Phenom II X6 1055T 2.80GHz @ 3.80GHz Overclocked Bundle
£349.99 inc VAT

AMD Phenom II X6 1055T 2.80GHz @ 3.80GHz "95 Watt Edition"
Asus M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 AMD 880G (Socket AM3) DDR3 Motherboard
Corsair XMS3 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel
Corsair A50 CPU Cooler

An issue I have is that all these bundles seem to only have 4GB ram unless you are willing to shell out serious cash. In photoshop I see usage of more than 4GB ram, so I really need 8GB. If i bought the bundle would the OC hold with another 2 sticks of ram?
