Since each module is supposed to be 30.9MM2 it looks like an 8 module Bulldozer CPU will be smaller than a Phenom II X6.

Fair enough, I didn't pay a ton of attention to that either, my 5770 is good enough for now, but I seem to remember people generally seemed to be making lots of 'is that all?' kind of comments at the performance figures. And I'm guessing it may be the same again here. Though I really hope not.
