AGP is pretty much dead, apart from a A-open Board which has both PCI-E and AGP, but its rubbish from what i've seen.

CR.

if there isnt one available ill just have to wait for OC to locate the abit ul8 .
A-open Board = no thanks lol

ive just noticed this .
Gigabyte K8NSC-939 nForce3 250GB (Socket 939) Motherboard (MB-036-GI)

this would work wouldnt it ??

thats a good board, i overclocked my 3500+ to 3.06GHz on one of those, i`ve got the AsRock dual sata too and that's also a decent board, very stable and reliable and have had no problems with either.

Go with the Arsock; it allows upgrade to PCI-e gfx and even AM2.

My 2ps worth; and yes I do have an Arsock S939 dual sata myself.

I think they're both equal in stability (both 100% and drivers), but the AsRock is cheaper so thats what I'd go for...and it can also overclock well from what I have read but you can only up the Vcore to 1.45V I think unless you do a mod to the board to allow upto 1.55v but with the gigabyte you can set upto 1.6vcore.

I've had the gigabyte upto 273FSB but it needs be to up the chipset voltage to make it stable. I haven' tried overclocking the Asrock but other people have got very good overclocks from it (some to 300+ FSB) and of course, it is more upgradeable being both AGP and PCI-E compatible.
