most of the updates or improvements are for the bf3 beta that ended over a week ago.


no doubt when the game ships there will be proper drivers released.


Im going to wait.

According to Andrew D@CatalystCreator: 'Cat 11.10 official release will happen Oct 31 - but Catalyst 11.10 V3 is pretty much the identical driver, so use with BF3 (plus new CAP)'.
 
As tommybhoy says the 11.10 officials are out on the 31st, catalyst maker tweeted about it a few days ago. If your getting bf3 on release i'd have these and the cap3 installed until the officials are out.
 
I'd guess now these are posted they have been sent off to MS to get certified, I think I've read in the past that can take a week or so. So apart from that these should be pretty much it until the 11.11 set.

Too late for that release :mad: BF comes out on the 25th for america and the 28th for us.
 
Still crashing OGL apps for me, Photoshop CS5 and Logitech software won't even start and crashes display driver.
 
these have helped loads with my RAGE microstutttering but when i got to the sniper mission (still v. early in the game) no environment textures loaded at all...pretty shocking really though, since ive never been on that mission before it may have happened with the 1st preview i had installed earlier.

these crashed witcher EE and RAGE also.

having no luck with drivers these days.
 
Preview 3 defo worse than Preview 2 for me.

Downgraded back to 2.

3 was causing pauses, light source flicker and levels would load with no textures at all, untill I restarted the game.

None of these issues with the preview 2 drivers.
