I just wanted to let you know the Catalyst 14.9 Driver for Windows and Linux is available for download:

• Windows (64-bit)
• Windows (32-bit)
• Linux

Guys,

I have an important update for you regarding random installation hangs, BSODs and CCC crashes some of you have experienced after installing this version of our driver. We are aware of these issues and will be posting an updated driver as soon as it becomes available. Please read this article for more information: “Intermittent Installation Issues With the AMD Catalyst™ 14.9 Driver”.

I'm unable to comment on potential new improvements to our Catalyst Control Center suite Shankly, but as and when we have anything to announce regarding this, we'll let you and everyone know as soon as possible.
 
Cheers for the update Matt. Just waiting for a new Z77 motherboard to turn up and thrash my AMD's again

This is an important driver folks so I'd recommend everyone update to it. It's the WHQL version of 14.7 RC3 along with a lot of updates and fixes too. :cool:

That may explain why I get this:

Might give these a go! However every driver since 13.12 has had negative performance impacts on quite a few games ive played. Except BF4 and other mantle games.
One main game im playing at the moment ArcheAge has many problems with the new drivers such as negative performance and sometimes crashes to what then keeps the GPU in low power state/ 2d clocks and only way to fix is a pc restart. So stuck with 13.12 for a long time!
