AMD catalyst 3D/desktop colours ?

Can you still have different colour/brightness settings for 3d and desktop within the cats ? i can only find the option for desktop colours now but i have my desktop dull (sore eyes) but want my games brighter with more colour/gamma/contrast

how will i do this in CAT's ?
