Its a preview, expect issues.
 
12.1 officials yielded exact same results. I can understand why some people only stick to nvidia now. I shouldn't have to go searching round the internet to find some unofficial beta drivers to get a game that came out 3-4 months ago to run stable.

I think your exaggerating and yes some NV users have to roll-back as well.

If you had a driver that worked then stick with it.
 
Still running 11.11 as they have not made any game crash for my setup.

If I don't play BF3 (I know, feel free to throw rocks at me :D ), is there any point in upgrading? Anything really New for a 6950?
 
Well, some of us have more complicated systems...

crossfire
3D
multiple screens
all of the above.

Things may work for me on some older drivers, but some not very well.

Will be giving the 12.2 previews an install tonight.

Any improvement at all is a welcome one :)
 
So what is the best drivers for the 7970's? Apparently only the specific driver that was released on the 20th, unless this idea has changed now?
 
EVERY game i play is on the list of known issues.... I think ill avoid this update for once :)
 
Maybe someone knows, are the profiles added by CAPS supposed to appear in the new application profiles section in the CCC?

Should have known better than to bother updating :( Some games run fine but others have taken a significant performance hit.

Rolling back the drivers put me back on 11.5 despite the fact I was running 11.9 :mad:
 
If you have a 7970 right now, then the special 8.921.2.0 driver should solve practically every issue that is going, the only think this driver cannot handle is Just Cause 2
