ok just builting a system for a frend and i have some questions about air cooling for amd.
CPU: phenom ii x6 1090t wanting 4ghz+
Cooler: Zalman CNPS10X Extreme
the question is the cooler sits in the normal place pulling air off the GFX card that will be 30mm away from the cooler. is there any way to mount it differenty and still get good cooling

and not photoed but can i spin the cooled 180 and have it feeding air down onto the gfx, the air hitting the gfx card would be cooler then the air that would be getting pulled off it so may help cool the gfx too?
to be fair i have no clue the only amd i have is under water as the cooling options are silly and amd should make a new mount for the cooler's...
