No. BF3 will set optimal settings its self for you.
The fun tho, is in playing with the setting and finding out whats best for you, Nvidia Optimize can't do that for you, its just a preloaded profile based on what someone else thinks is optimal.
It may or may not suit you, only you know what suits you
IMO Nvidia Optimize is for people who want to be told whats optimal for them.
