AMD driver causing screen flicker and power/sleep issues

System as per signature: 3700x // b450m Bazooka // 5700-XT // Dell S2721DGF
Windows 11
Driver: amd-software-adrenalin-edition-22.7.1-win10-win11-july26
750W Superflower PSU

I'm getting issues with screen flicker on HDMI. I'll bullet point the issues:

• Windows login screen (before I enter PIN), screen flicks to black for about a second and then back, on every single login.
• Screen will randomly do the black flicker, and it's hard to reproduce it on demand.
• I've run 3D Mark stress test and everything was fine, test passed with no flicker.
• If the monitor goes to sleep, I can't get it to wake the screen again and have to do a hard reset
• After hard reset, the Adrenaline reports "Default Radeon WattMan settings has been restored due to unexpected system failure"
• If the PC goes to sleep after 30mins as per the power options, then when I press the power button the PC starts like it's been shut down as opposed to going to sleep
• If I boot into safe mode then the flicker on login screen is gone.
• If I uninstall the driver then the flicker on login screen is gone.
• As soon as I re-install the driver then the flicker is back

Is any of this sounding familiar to anyone?

I have just gone back to the older driver as lost-ark had flicker.

Which version did you roll back to?
