AMD Driver has stopped working

Happy New Year!

Over Christmas I got a new SSD and straight away popped this in my pc to use as my boot drive with a clean install of Windows 7 64 Bit.

Since the upgrade I get the occasional error whilst using the computer. Every now and then the screen will freeze for about 7-10 seconds, then flash black and a little notification comes up saying the AMD Driver has stopped responding and has recovered.

It doesnt do it that often but its driving me mad. It happens mostly whilst browsing and general playing around but also occasionally during game play.

Currently running the most up to date Catalyst Drivers, 11.12. Tried rolling back to 11.11 and 11.10 but no luck :(

My Specs are in my Sig, any help would be marvelous! :D
 
Well had a slight overclock with the Trixx Program but have removed this now and still getting the same issues..
 
well i have just cleaned everything with driver sweeper. Bit reluctant to use 11.12 again, is it worth trying a previous version?
 
Well last night I got so peeed off I did a fresh install of windows to see if that would make any difference :(up til half 3 :/ all going well so far with the 11.12 catalyst but for some reason my ram has dropped to 7.8 in the wei.. Means nothing I know but its all quite irritating!?

Well it seems like my problems is solved for now, sure it will will reappear sooner or later!

The Ram score is bugging me now though.................... :S
 
Well 1 day in with the clean install and 11.12 CCC all is well...so far.

And i mentioned that my RAM rating dropped to 7.8...changed the power plan to High Performance and its back up to 7.9 now. not that it really matters :D
