AMD equivalent of Intel ARK?

I use Intel ARK all the time to look up information about Intel CPUs, but I'm not sure what the AMD equivalent is? What I'd like is a summary of each AMD CPU and a link to the product brief and the datasheet for that specific CPU.

Does such a thing exist or have my Google skills failed me yet again?

I had a similar question, but this is garbage compared to intel ark. Why AMD can't do something proper themselves? I have a simple question, "what virtualisation hardware features does my 3900x have?" Nowhere on AMD's site, nor other attempts like the one linked to above, give me anything more than basic details like cpu count and official ram speed. What a joke.
