Hi all.

I want a media centre PC, I have all my media stored on a file server under the stairs and have an FTTC connection for streaming HD content from youtube/iplayer/4od.

I was going to buy a Revo 3700, but have been pondering building my own. If I was to buy a Revo, first thing I'd have to do would be remove the HDD and replace it with an SSD, and then maybe buy more RAM.. so it does seem to make more sense to just build my own.

I want to mount the PC on the back of the TV, and i'll run a USB extension with an IR receiver on it down to the stand.

Does anyone on here have a system in an M350 case? I'm a little worried that something like the E35M1-I DELUXE wouldn't actually fit inside the case. Or might have heat issues.

Any pointers?

I was looking at one of them, I'm not keen on it having a fan in there. Looking at the photos of inside it, and comparing it to their 'standalone' board, the board looks a bit :/ cheap.

Price wise there isn't much in getting one of them, or getting the M350, PICO PSU and a power brick.

After further investigation.. I didn't fancy the hassle of that. Z-Box, 8GB DDR and an OCZ SSD ordered.

:D

Well.. it *needed* 4gb :D and then another 4gb was only £20 extra - so I had to buy that too.
