Is this a worthy upgrade,i've got my 5000+ @2.9 Can get a fx-62 for about the same price as a 6000+
Or just wait for phenom?

I really want to get my 3dmark scores up:D

It wouldn't really be worth it when you take into consideration the current clock speed you're at. I definately wouldn't go for an FX62 now, the 6000 would most likely clock higher, even then I'd question the need for it.
I'd just wait and see what comes out over the next couple of months.

I've had a quick look on the internet for resease dates and pricing for phenom, but theres not much out there.
Anyone herd any info?

With a 6000+ you could get anything between 3.3 - 3.5ghz depending on luck and cooling so there is an improvement from your current processor but i don't see the point of upgrading just to improve 3Dmarks but if you got the money and enjoy overclocking go for it ;)

Aye, as already said above if you really must upgrade then save up and wait for something more worthwhile (if it is Phenom fair enough), 6000+ or FX-62 it makes no difference, both are a waste of money.
