AMD FX6300 temps

Was doing some Video editing earlier and on checking my temps there seems to be a massive difference between cores under full load. Is this normal or should I try taking the heat sink off and re doing the thermal paste etc?

Temps look fine, I'd only pay attention to tmpin1. Just keep it below 65.

Package temp can be important, this can shoot up because vrms are overheating, which then in turn raises the cpu temp. but 53* load there is fine.
