AMD gaming build budget £2-2500

Hi all i usually build my own PCs but after having problems with my last one which i had to take to a local shop and sort out i'm looking at a prebuilt sometime in the next few weeks.
It will be used mainly for gaming my main game is Football Manager but i want to be able to play the latest games eg Call of Duty etc at high levels at 1440p resolution
I tend to buy AMD processors and NVIDIA GPUs and also would like 2 M2 drives as well because i like to keep my OS on a separate drive
I also like the idea of water cooling as well because i currently have a game that when i run it my legs literally roast from the heat lol
My budget is between £2000 and £2500
I notice on other posts that if i submit a list to OCUK then they will build it for me for a fee which i would be more than happy with so guys spec me a PC please

Hello All, My Nephew is thinking of buying / building his first gaming PC, he's a budget of £2000 (without the monitor) I'm out of the loop (still on a 5900x), he's looking at AMD Mboard and Nvidia GPU, but could be persuaded to go Intel and AMD. What would you recommend? Thanks,

Shame can't change the motherboard and CPU on the last pre-built, but it's very good value for money.
