Guys I need help. As in an easy fix.

I am trying to run Catzilla with
3 x 290x and 4 x 290x

The issue I am having is the scores are worse with 3 and 4 GPu than with one which is crazy. How you guys getting it working???

Cheers

Don't know about CF in Catzilla but the results are heavily Nvidia bias with one GPU.

No doubt CF does not work at all in Catzilla. basically its an Nvidia bench app.

It should work though man!! Several on HWbot are benching it with great scores WR is with R290X in multi card like 3+. I am matching driver but no scaling at all. Weird!!

Disable UPLS and force constant voltage?

Yeah its strange this one. I am sure its driver related as per but I am matching drivers used by others using multi card on HWbot. Must be a setting within the driver.

I was thinking similarly. He benches more than me!! Catzilla is very new on HWbot so has never interested me before.

It's a known issue by the looks of it, 3 and 4 cards crossfired just don't scale regardless of OS.

Well that's just wrong unless your solely talking about Catzilla which I have no experience off or read much about. Have witnessed 3/4 card x fire scaling very well in other benchmarks, especially the R9 cards

I'm just talking about Catzilla.

EDIT:

8 Pack: Try renaming ALLBenchmark.exe to AFR-friendlyd3d.exe

This apparently gets best crossfire results.

I think it's driver or the version of Catzilla related, I can not get my 4 290Xs to run at all on it. When I try all that happens is the bench freezes even before it loads.

With my 4 Titan's I have got it to run once or twice depending on what version of Catzilla was available at the time.

@8 Pack if you can get hold of an old version of Catzilla and get it to run, from what I have found the scores are a lot higher than you can get now with the latest version.

Catzilla does not like very high end hardware.

Been taking a look at their forums and general Google. Looks like it's still a terrible bench.
All i can find is people complaining about it and the only thing to improve crossfire is renaming ALLBenchmark.exe to AFR-friendlyd3d.exe
