AMD have been working with Samsung to bring RDNA graphics to smartphones. AMD could learn a lot about managing power from this, as i'm sure Nvidia do from their 'ARM + GeForce' Shield Tablets.
Performance looks very promising, where the CPU is not the bottleneck it looks like AMD Graphics are near 3X faster than current Qualcomm Ardeno Graphics.
At least now AMD have a critical need to bring their power levels right down, which would also benefit high-end Desktop cards.
