Hi guys,

My Nano is under water and I've noticed when the card reaches around 40c, the clock speed drops from 1000mhz and fluctuates from 800-999. Why would this be? The core is at 1000mhz anything under 40c.

I knew they had throttle issues when heat was a problem, but surely the card isn't hot. I thought it was drivers but its not.

The power limit is raised.

Any help please?

mine does the same

previous driver was staying on solid 1ghz

on certain game it can still stay on solid 1ghz

I also raised power limit to 50%

Raise the powerlimit and overclock the card. Check the maxium temp limit is at 85C also. (on drivers)

And there is always the FuryX bios

Had similar behaviour happen. If its of any help I changed the power limit to + 50% and undervolted the card and not fluctuated since. With -6mv my Nano runs at 1110 Mhz / 545 on the memory and normally is at about 45-50 degrees under water (in small HPTC). Could try tweaking the mv and see if it helps possibly.

I've done everything to try and sort this problem out and it just doesn't work.

the fury x bios, will a standard one work or does it need to be custom?

I've updated the cards bios with AMD's new bios update and still does the same.
