You would expect a decent clock speed bump though from moving from the trash Samsung 8nm to TSMC 5nm so maybe 75% is achievable.
The 6600XT is only 128 bit. I guess AMD will be confidant that the extra infinity cache in these 3rd gen Navi cards will make up for the smaller bus size.
