The first thing you can say about Never Settled Forever (NSF) is that lawyers were involved with its creation because forever is defined as infinite time up until December 31, 2013 when the program ends. With that downer in mind there is a lot of good in NSF including three tiers called Bronze, Silver, and Gold. With these levels you can pick one, two, or three games from a list depending on which card you bought.

It works like this, buy a 7700 series card and get a Bronze bundle, 7800 series for Silver, and 7900 for Gold. You either get a physical card in the box with a code or an email with that code in it depending on who you buy the card from and what brand it is. In the end you get the same bundle regardless of the delivery method.

Battlefield 4 is not there as its still months away from release. It will be added, of that i have no doubt.

Great that you can now pick which games you want.

If you read the entire article rather than just the first paragraph, you would see that the games choices will change/update along the way. It's not surprising not seeing BF4 etc, considering the game is not out yet.

Was it the x800 or x1000 series that came with a pre-order for HL2? That was a big deal at the time, was a while before people could cash in though.

Not really keen on that list as I've got most of them but I've heard you have a choice to save your coupon until a game comes out that you like (as long a voucher stays in expiry)

I get that it'll change, but why remove (Even temp) the latest games, no one wants Deus EX HR anymore.

Also, this imo is worse than their prior bundles, 1 game on a 7770 where previously you'd end up with 3?

Even assuming it's legit.

But I think it's a lesser bundle personally, if you buy a 7970 and get Gold right now, the choices you'd get wouldn't be as good as the bundle they've just done.

I think it's not that big a deal considering these games should really be considered as bonus...but I do think that AMD MUST get the launch prices and performance of the new cards right. We seriously don't need BS new cards that performance the same, and price the same as another product always already available 12 months ago (i.e. GTX770 vs 7970, 7990 vs GTX690).

I totally agree with this point, you'd think the packs would be better especially for the 7970 as they no doubt want to shift them before the 9970. If people were holding out for the new bundles to get the 7970 then maybe it was not a great choice. I'm holding out for a 9970 or if a 780 drops in price (or you never know another OCUK competition) and hopefully the lineup has improved before then

I very much doubt that is the bundle that will launch currently, there is no mention of it on any of the official amd channels. Expect Crysis and Bioshock to be in there when it comes out. ;)

Thats right Tommyboy, its a show and tell really to show you how it works. Pay no attention to the games as all the titles listed for the new bundles are not out yet. The add's for those deals will look a lot different in 5 months time.
