AMD on the fly video capture/compression software name?

Hi, about a year ago I used a program to video capture my screen, it was like FRAPS but i'm sure it was built into the AMD ATI drivers. It compressed the video on the fly too.

The quality was not too great but I am after using it again. Does anyone know what it is called?
