if you are building a new pc, then the word that you should be after is "Conroe".
plus the if you are really after an opteron for some reason that alludes me, then you should get 170 or 165 and look for some of the better clocking stepping, like the 0550 upmw or vpmw (need to check stepping with someone who is more up to date than me, these are off memory) or one of newer ones.
