AMD or Intel for HTPC, what offers the best IGP?

As per title, I am wondering what would offer the best integrated graphics solution for a quiet low power cool running HTPC build capable of light browser gaming and the likes of Minecraft or such? Mainly Bluray playback and uncompressed movies from TS folders in MyMovies.

Is AMD the one to look for? Or Haswell's i3 with HD4600 graphics?

Micro ATX is what I am considering, but unsure of what integrated GPU area to consider. Currently using an HD5750 passive, but want a lower profile case.

AMD's APU will offer better graphics performance than Intel. However, they generally run a bit hotter and don't offer as much CPU power as their Intel counterparts.

AMD APU. I use an A10-5700 in my htpc. Fine for a bit of Dirt 3 or Fifa.
