i might go with the AMD all because i will only have the Zalman CNPS11X Extreme to cool the INTEL
 
However if it's a genuine question the Intel 3570K, based on the motherboard he has already and the fact it's a better chip.

I would like to get the 3570k however i heard that it runs very hot, and all i have is a Zalman CNPS11X Extreme. Would that cooler be okay or do i need to invest in a bigger and better cpu cooler?
