Hi guys, so these 2 weeks I have been searching here and there looking for the best gfx card I can get within my 200 budget.I am only going to use it for gaming on a 1920x1080 resolution not going to overclock or sli/crossfire anything too.

Please recommend a card that gives me good fps on mostly fps games like Call of duty or Battlefield type of games.

Thank you :D

oh no dont you start this one off :P seriously everyone has an opinion on the matter some side with AMD and the 7950 others on Nvidia with the 670. Personally I have never used AMD cards so im sticking with a 670 4gb

The facts:
gtx 670 / amd 7950 are pretty close in performance
both have drivers that are okay
both overclock damn decently
the 7950 comes with 3gb of vram, the 670 with 2gb(standard design, can get a 4gb model). Either would be fine for 1080p gaming and will last a good long time.
both come with free games
both are around the same price
both come with after market coolers available

decent 7950:

decent 670:

Although id go with http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-299-AS&groupid=701&catid=1914&subcat=2294 if you can spare it (Free shipping!) The cooler is one of the best out there

Ah ic, I have a month to decide so I will think hard on this one and maybe wait for the new amd series to come out and hope that some prices gets reduced from both company's.

Thank's for the info :)
