Getting my computer into 3d mode soon i have a phenom x4 at 3.6 ghz
I game at 1920x1080 i just ordered a gtx570 would upgrading to sandy be worth it also ? Means new memory as well ? Cheers

Worth it? Is the CPU holding you back at all now? IMO, it's only worth it if there is a noticeable difference.

Not really worth it over your existing system, the 570 on its own is win. I'd come back in about a year and review the situation again then...

Mmm, the phrase 'no' comes to mind.

Sandy gives basically no benefit over an i5 750 when gaming (when both overclocked to typical (750 @ 4GHz, 2500K @ 4.5GHz) overclocks), comes out at around 2-3 fps on average on high-fps games (where the CPU should be more of a limit), and the i5 750 is not much better than a Phenom II, so...

So yeah, save your money and see what Bulldozer and SB on Skt2011 bring.
