AMD overclocking advice

AMD Athlon 64 3200+
ASUS A8R-MVP motherboard

I am trying to overclock this but i cant find the voltage i have found the pci voltage (which i presume is the voltage for the pci express slots) and i found another one but i forgot what it is called (it is next to the option where you can change the htt multiplier. So what i want to know is which of these is the voltage i need to change if neither is then where do i find the option.

Also how high could i get the temps and still be safe?????

look in the mobo manual, it shows whats what in the bios. Asus manuals are pretty good.

60 is the absolute max temp u want to be seeing whilst at full load on a64's.

htt multi 10x or 4x??????

can someone please help me out with ocing because i have read a few posts (including the syicky above and the sticky says keep the htt multi at 10x but another post i read says keep it at 4x so which do i keep it at????
if someone could give me a step-by-step guide it would be very much apreciated

CPU HTT Multi = 10x (200x10 = 2Ghz)
HTT Multi = 4x. (200x4 = 800Mhz HTT)
