So I just switched the AMD Overdrive on taking my FX-4100 from 3.62GHz to 3.7GHz.
Here's what happened;
I launched Street fighter 4 for the benchmark and the nvidia splash screen ran at like 2fps, it instantly skipped everything else, the main menu ran at like 5000fps and the benchmark showed an average of 7fps with highs of 2000fps and lows of -4fps. Obviously that is some kind of glitch but the performance was terrible, it looked like it was being ran on a 360mhz laptop.
Can anyone explain why? I'm not particularly bothered about the 80MHz so I can live without it, I just thought it was weird.
