Not too bad for just quickly getting some ballpark figures, much faster than the BIOS and shows all the temps/voltages etc.
One thing I found is that it's a lot nicer if you turn cool'n'quiet off, it just seems to behave better and it's easier to see what clocks you're aiming at

pretty damn good, especially the latest version
bear in mind though that the BIOS will always the best place to overclock
