Would you change the stock fan at all or is it fine ?
In the stage of building a new system
Any views or links would be helpfull

ALL STOCK FANS ARE RUBBISH.

In seriousness, need more info. Will you be overclocking? Does a lot of noise bother you? Will you be stressing the system regularly? What are the uses of the system?

I run a stock fan in my server, and it's very quiet. I run a Titan Fenrir in my desktop, and it's very loud. Go figure...

AMD stock fan is rubbish, get a coolermaster hyper 212+, they are cheap as chips and make a HUGE difference.

The heatpipe Phenom II cooler is actually not a bad cooler. It can get a bit noisy but does a more than adequate job on a stock cpu.
If your looking to Overclock then something more beefy would be a good bet..
