AMD Phenom III or not?

I just came across this while listening to a podcast, These people where talking about a phenom II refresh on a 32nm because bulldozer wont be ready. Im not sure if this is old or been posted.

a tweaked and better clock-for-clock performance and possible triple channel, its going to be likely to be on the AM3 platform as its basicly the same chip but redesigned.
