are you aware there are bad problems with them and they dont work over 2.4ghz properly which means overclockign them is pointless? And that the q6600 is by far the better deal and will overclock to 3.6ghz.

If not its not to late to cancel :p

Ive already got an asus crosshair mobo and im not that interested in overclocking this Cpu I think for the time being it will be fine.

So guys in your honest opinion should I use the Phenom or should i stick with AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 6400+ or something?

I have AM2 crosshair mobo
Corsair 4GB DDR2 XMS2 PC2-6400C5 TwinX (2x2GB)
Samsung SpinPoint T 500GB SATA-II 16MB Cache - OEM x2
BFG GeForce 8800 GTS OC 512MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) x2
Samsung SH-S203PRSMN 20x DVD±RW SATA Dual Layer Lightscribe ReWriter (Beige/Black/Silver)
Samsung SH-W163 16x SATA DVD-ROM (Black) - OEM
Corsair HX 620W ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU
Akasa AK174CC-4RAB 120mm Multi Colour LED fan
XClio A380Plus Twin Engine Gaming Case - Black

So as you can see the only thing missing is the CPU.
