AMD processor comparison, help!

1. AMD Phenom x4 955BE @3.2ghz

2. AMD Athlon II x4 630 @2.8Ghz

3. AMD Phenom II X6 1035T @2.6Ghz

They are quite different and i know the 955be and 1035T would come out on top, but how big a difference of performance would these processors have? Thanks!!
