. . . make sure you read the welcome post and preferably the whole thread before you give up, some good results have been had, plenty of screenshots etc etc! (an hour or two reading should do it!) . . .
. . . it's nice you get a real-time voltage display . . . how long have you had this new kit then? . . . if its a day or so then have a kit-kat and ease into it slowly but surely . . . hopefully one of the others thread contibuters who are using DDR3 may be able to help get your memory sorted! 
. . . on the AM2+/DDR2 system I am using along with DDR2-1066 . . . with the system at stock (HT Ref. 200) the memory gets set to 400MHz using the [2:1] memory multiplier, it gives me the option to push the memory straight to 533MHz (I forget the multi?) but sets some slack 7-7-7-x timings which takes a bit of effort to lower . . . on the other hand if I leave the DDR2 using the default [2:1] memory multiplier and just raise the HT Ref. Clock from [200] to [266] the sticks run happily at DDR2-1066 5-5-5-x
